Hi all, last week was crazy. I had the pleasure of participating in the first Grand Park Farmer's Market on July 3rd. I decided to pass out kites to anyone who might like to take advantage of our summer wind and fly it in the meadow. What a day! 165 kites later and lots of smiles. It was a great success! I also gave away a 7 foot patriotic delta kite in honor of the 4th of July and was pleased to see that the winner was out flying it high on the 4th in the meadow. Such great fun and something anyone can participate in.

The farmers market was a success for the first try. 12 vendors sold everything from fresh bing cherries from the western slope to buffalo hot dogs to tie dyed T shirts and fresh bread. This will be happening each Saturday thru Labor Day.
